1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern reservations, booking requests, and services arranged through the website servermatrixia.com for Carpathian wellness and spa retreat tours (the “Services”). By making a booking request or reservation, you agree to these Terms.

3. How booking requests work

A booking request submitted through the website is an offer to arrange the selected tour/service. Availability may be confirmed by the seller/contractor. The confirmed booking constitutes the agreement between you and servermatrixia.com for the selected Services.

Important: Any provided tour schedule, inclusions, and price details are based on the selected option and may be subject to change before confirmation, to the extent reasonably necessary.

4. Price, payment, and booking terms

Prices and included services are shown on the booking page at the time of request. Payment terms (if applicable), currency, and the timing of payment are communicated prior to confirmation.

VAT note: Single tax payer; VAT optional.

5. Changes and cancellations

You may request changes (date, participants, or options) only if such changes are available and confirmable. The seller/contractor will inform you whether the change is possible and whether any additional charges apply.

If you cancel, refund or alternative arrangements depend on the booking stage and the applicable tour provider conditions. Any refund, if available, will be processed in the manner and timeframe communicated to you during the booking flow and confirmation.

In case of material changes by us (including due to force majeure), we will offer reasonable alternatives where available or process a refund if no alternative can be provided.

6. Guest conduct

You agree to comply with venue rules, safety instructions, and reasonable requests of our staff during the tour. We may refuse to provide Services to a guest whose conduct endangers others, violates applicable law, or interferes with the experience of other guests.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, servermatrixia.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Services, including losses related to travel arrangements outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

8. Personal data

If you provide personal data to make a booking request (such as name, email, and phone), we process it to arrange and manage your reservation and communicate with you about the Services. Processing is carried out based on a lawful ground under applicable Ukrainian data protection rules.

9. Consumer rights and dispute resolution

You have consumer rights in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law, including rights related to distance contracts and protection of consumer interests. For disputes, you may first contact us using the details in the footer and provide details of the booking and the issue.
