For distance (online) arrangements/booking, we provide consumer information required for distance agreements before you decide to book.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law, including personal data protection requirements under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

When offering online booking/arrangement, required consumer information for distance agreements is provided before the consumer makes a booking decision, in particular under Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, стаття 13 Закону України "Про захист прав споживачів".

We also provide consumer-facing information enabling protection of rights and dispute resolution pathways required under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

In addition, consumer information is provided in the state language in accordance with Ukrainian language rules, including Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (інформація повинна надаватися згідно із законодавством про мови) and Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної".
